Friday Favorites // Last Day of Classes!

I'm so glad Blogger is back up and running. Though for some strange reason it deleted some of my comments on previous blog posts...weird. 

 1. I love this vest. I think Ty would look awesome wearing it...or I would wear it myself.

 2. Pinterest. I've recently started using it, I have a long way to go creating albums, but it's pretty neat.

3. I want a pair of Swedish Hasbeens soooo badly. Sadly, they are super expensive.

4. I've been thinking of going a tad lighter with my color. Maybe something like Hannah's?

5. I've decided this should be my bathing suite for the summer.

I'm so happy today because I just went to my last class of the semester! Yay! I still have finals, but classes are over.

Red Shoes

Today is Wednesday. That means that the last week of school is half way done...yes. Moving on to the outfit. This dress I got last year when Ty was in L.A. and I went out to visit him, so it has some really great memories to go along with it. It's also one of the most perfect summer time dresses I have. 

I'm trying to find the motivation to write my last few papers and do my last few assignments before summer time (I still have to take a biology class this summer...but it's much better than a full semester).

The last picture is my shoes and Ty's. He couldn't resist a cute shoe shot, hehe.

I love this dress my sister made, I think it's perfect. I can't wait for her to start making more clothes, right now she's making a lot of hair accessories.

Last Week

I had a wonderful time at home, as I always do. On Sunday Mom, Hannah, and I got to head over to the Hip Zipper and do a little vintage shopping. I found sooo many lovely blouses. 

 I recently thrifted these shorts, and I think they're the best pair of shorts I've owned in a long time. Not bad for $2.

One of the many reasons I can't wait to move to Nashville is for the vintage and thrift shops. There's just so little here in Jackson, but I always enjoy my time of being able to splurge a bit in Nashville. This week is the last week of school, and I couldn't be more excited. It'll be over soon, whew.

Home.

Tyler and I are in Nashville, at home, enjoying a lovely weekend. We did a little Mother's Day shopping and then went to dinner at Sperry's with the family. It was super tasty and super filling, whew. After dinner Ty, Hannah, Jesse, Sarah, and I went and did a little thrifting. Then we came back and hung out in Sarah's room looking for vintage bridesmaid dresses, and altering thrifted finds. Well, I should say Sarah altered and we all watched. ALSO, I tried on my wedding dress and... I LOVE IT. It's beyond what I expected, and I can't wait to walk down the aisle in it.

Yellow flower

Today has been another completely beautiful day. I'm sorry all my outfit pictures are in the same location (right outside my apartment door) but the ground is still so soggy I can't venture out any where else. Also, I'm loving the space right outside my apartment because there are sooo many honey suckle bushes about they smell glorious. Honey suckle is one of my favorite scents.

Ty bought me this blouse last year, and this is the first time I've worn it this spring, I love the lovely yellow color! I couldn't resist wearing it with this wonderful yellow flower my sister made me. A great yellow pairing.
