Vintage Hair Styling

I've realized that once you put something on your blog, like that you want to complete The 30 Day Shred, it motivates you to complete it. Today was my 3rd day, and I just kept thinking "I have to do it, I wrote it on my blog". As silly as that sounds, it's actually a great motivation. So, here's hoping I make it all the way!



You may have noticed that I'm really getting into the vintage hair styles as of late. I always lamented when I didn't have bangs because I never really did a whole lot with my hair, but now I'm discovering a whole new world of styling. I'm so excited to actually do things with my hair. This book just came in the mail today, and I can't wait to try out some more vintage styles!

    I love whast you're doing with your hair! How do you find it with the exercise you are doing? When I am training 4-5 days a week I find it hard to style it because I know it will be destroyed by my sweaty workout in a few hours time!

    Also - glad we're keeping you honest! You can do it!!

    I love your blouse! It's so pretty.

    I've noticed a few people mentioning doing the Shred, it makes me want to try it... I'm SO lazy though. I'm lucky that I work in a two storey building because going up and down stairs all day is great exercise!

    I find writing things on your blog does make you accountable. I have set myself challenges like painting my nails at least once a week and baking at least once a week to get better at both, it's working too.

    Oh yes, you can do so much with bangs! I've had mine for a while and they're getting long so it's time for a change. You can do pretty much any style just leave your bangs out (maybe curl them under a bit for a nice vintage look).

    when my hair was shorter I did a lot more vintage styles in my hair and did tons of tutorials. SOmetimes I miss that. You look great in all your outfits. I just looked through a load of them.
