Borrowed Blue

This morning was another that I had no idea what to do with my hair so I just threw it really quickly. I tried to do a nice roll in the back but since I don't have a rat filler or anything like one I just rolled up a comb in my hair and pulled back the fronts. It's a bit messy, but I think it got the vibe I was going for. I'll also be really excited when my bangs grow out a bit more so I can do more with them.

I don't think I told you all, but I went to my first estate sale last weekend. I've always wanted to go to one, and it was AMAZING. I got a bag of vintage gloves, scarves, collars, and an apron all for $22. I think I'm addicted. I'm going to try and find as many as I can.

  1. I love shopping at estate sales. I live in Austin and they are pretty good around here.

  2. I'm loving this. It's sort of scholarly (reminds me a little of vintage prep), but very elegant all the same. Estate sales are so much fun too! I love shopping for old jewelry especially. I ADORE what you did with your hair too. I haven't played with rolls or chignons in a while, especially since my bangs grew in, so I may just have to do that one of these days. Thanks for the great inspiration, Miss Em!
