The Cape

I've mentioned to you all in a previous post that while I was on my honey moon I got many a vintage treasure from The Loved One in Pasadena. Here are some of them:

I adore this cape! I've always wanted a full length cape with a hood, and this is just so perfect. I was afraid that the weather wouldn't be cold enough for me to wear it, but since our cold snap here in Tennessee I've gotten to wear some great winter things.

thigh high socks american apparel
shoes nine west

This cape is another one of those things I'm not sure of the era. It's felt and lined, but no label so I assume it's hand made. Once again if any of you have suggestions throw them my way!

  3. That cape is so dreamy! I have a vintage, 70s YSL one that I thrifted for a (whopping! ;) $12 years and years ago. I still haven't worn it yet--I feel like I would stick out too much. lol. But seeing your outfit is making me rethink that! :D
