While it's sweltering here in Tennessee there's nothing better to wear than one of Quincy's plays suits! Technically this is just the top paired with an American Apparel skirt, but still. Quincy made this top (and skirt that I'll have to show ya'll some other time) out of some material I gave her and I really love it, plus it's great for keeping cool.
I think in the summer time play suits are really necessary for living, and I would wear them everyday if I could. Maybe I could amass enough by next summer to do just that.

What are some of ya'lls favorite things to wear when summer hits?
xo,

I just wish our UK summer would come, then I would wear some of my beautiful summer dresses. You look lovely.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely amazing from A to Z, love every detail :) You're so glad that all vintage hairdos looks so goo on you, cause I look like old lady :)
ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely, completely beautiful! Vintage style playsuit tops like that rock on your lovely figure, and the cherries couldn't possibly be any cuter (or right up my alley, too).
ReplyDeleteHave an amazing weekend, dear (stylish!) gal,
♥ Jessica
you look so cute! love the pinup look!
ReplyDeleteCute cute!
ReplyDeleteI love this look! Everything from the shoes to the top is cute, cute, cute! And with someone as radiant as you inside, it couldn't get any better. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Love everything about this! The top and skirt combo is amazing! <3
ReplyDeleteThe hair! I love the roll to one side. And that cherries top is adorable. I've been rotating sundresses like you wouldn't believe, it's funny how your wardrobe suddenly looks different to you when you're having to deal with safari heat! I need to take a tip from Ava Gardner and Grace Kelly in Mogambo and rock some fifties' jungle-heat realness.
ReplyDeletethis is too cute! i love the cherry print bustier goes perfectly with the pin upy hair you look gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteYour photographs are always so much fun!
You've got such a great smile! Love this outfit, so cheery (not a type for cherry, hahaha!)
ReplyDeleteI think I'd wear maxi skirts and dresses all the time if they were a little more convenient or if I didn't have to go to work all the time :(

*screams* You look amazing. You look really, really sexy - can I say that? You have had your hair re-done, yeah? I love it. It is a hot modern-vintage look, which I actaully prefer over authentic vintage.
ReplyDeleteAlso the outfit is adorable. But the hair and makeup take the caker. Perfection.
Eee oh my goodness, your hair is absolutely flawless! This is such a cute look *_*
ReplyDeletethe top is adorable!
ReplyDeleteMy God girl, you look just adorable!! My playsuit years are long past, but you wear it fabulously, especially with those awesome shoes.
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Hello, I just wanna say that you are so beautiful :O
ReplyDeleteYou remind me so much of a young Christina Aguilera. But wearing much more beautiful outfits ofc ^^,
I really love your style of clothing, totally my cup of tea :)

Hi there.I love this look on you. I am a lover of vintage looks as well. Come check out my blog sometime Heathersthriftycloset.blogspot.com. I am a new follower to your blog. I was wanting to email you, but I didn't see an email address for you. I am wondering how do you get your picture by your name to be circular like that. I don't know how to do that. If you could help me out I would appreciate it.
