Happy Halloween lovelies! Sadly, I have no costume to show you. Tyler went out of town today so I'm not doing anything fun. But, I'm loving looking around at everybody else's goings on for this Halloween night (or previous weekend). October is my absolute favorite month and so I have revelled in this weather like nobody's business. I'm a little sad to see it go, but excited for the beginning of November and the Holiday season.
Those of you who have been following awhile will remember this is one of my favorite coats I got last year. Tyler and I are both suckers for coats and I'm so thrilled we finally get to wear them!
coat anthroplogie
50's skirt hip zipper
blouse nudeedudee
socks we love colors
shoes so old i'm not sure
Did you do anything exciting to celebrate Halloween?
xo,
Em
Such a beautiful coat!:)
ReplyDeleteOh I have this coat and I love it so much and have worn it a lot. I got it when it was on supersale during the holiday season last year and I couldn't believe it hadn't been snatched up before me. Sadly the weather in my neck of the woods is too cold for me to wear and I had to bring out the winter coats. :(
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly when I got it too! I was so amazed at how cheap it was. Awww sad day. We've just reached coat weather here, so hopefully I can enjoy it for a bit.
Deletesuch a lovely look! i loveeeeee your jacket! you look absolutely beautiful :)

ReplyDeleteI love your outfit and adore your coat!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment on my blog!totally made me blush! And I think your blog is stunning! Love your vintage look and id love to know how you curl your hair :) xx
ReplyDeleteLove your pretty coat! I didn´t do anything scary, too, cause my love and I had anniversary. Seven years!!! :) We´ve just finished the seven year itch! Yeah!!!
ReplyDeleteWe took the kids Trick or Treating and the excitement of the night was one house was giving out regular sized candy bars. My youngest was so sweet, she gave me the candy bar! Happy Halloween.
ReplyDeleteOnce I got old enough to stop trick or treating I don't get into Halloween much. I pretty much dress as a character everyday of my life, so who needs a special day to do so right? I'm with you on the love of coats of all kinds! This one is sure a beauty! The shape it creates is just fabulous and the belt adds such a special touch. As always you look incredibly lovely!
ReplyDeletesuch a lovely coat ... halloween is not a big thing here in my area ...
ReplyDeletelovely outfit!
ReplyDeleteI love your coat! I've been looking for a full skirted coat like that for ages but alas, nothing in my size. I swear, one of these days I'll just make one myself!

I can see why this is a fav...I just adore full-skirted coats with cute collars (have a couple myself). Love it layered over the stripes and black skirt, so chic.

What a wonderfully lovely outfit. There's such a chicness, yet at the same time, a very down-to-earth vibe, to the timeless pairing of beige and black. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHappiest start of November wishes,

Beautiful outfit the coat is lovely xxx
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable coat! I like how full the skirt is... my coats are all too narrow and squish my petticoats. I threw together a last-minute costume this year. Usually I do something for Halloween, but this year was pretty unremarkable.
ReplyDeleteLove this coat, it is so pretty on you!

Hi I just stumbled upon your blog :) Its lovely - how do you get your hair so sleek in waves? Mine never looks that good!
ReplyDeleteAlso yes to October! I love all the nice coats and floaty skirts combinations you can make when it starts to turn a little cold.
I can't wait to see more!
You are so pretty and this coat is absolutely gorgeous!
